Wait in the line since 7AM for the 7:15 appointment, got in around 7:30AM, appointment letter was collected, cleared security checkpoint, electronics are turned off and handed over for storage, entered the hall to be called to (by name and city only, not by number) submit paperwork from P4. At this time, P4, IV fee receipt and all notarized paperwork is collected, passport is examed, took the petitioner's 3-year tax return (tax transcript from IRS was NOT needed), given a number to be called to fingerprinted. After fingerprinting, the same number was called to see the VO. Hand in the passport, while VO is carefully checking the passport, take over the materials and stack them in the order of "IRS tax transcipt, work certification on top, business card", "pictures", "MSN Screenshot and phone record" (you can probably seperate the materials in three stacks, but this greatly increase the speed of responding to VO's request. Q1: Who petitioned for you? (my name)Q2: When did you first know each other? (month and year, short story, handover the Evolution of Relationship statement, was not notarized but should have); Q3: what is your method of communication? (MSN video chat screenshot, phone record, and pictures). Q4: What is your job and your monthly income? Q5: What is his job? (handover work certification and business card). VO nodded and said "you are passed", the whole thing takes 2 minutes.
