The interview was easy. I am the AMCIT and my fiancee is the Peruvian. My fiancee and I got called up to a window and we were both asked a few basic questions such as when we met and how often I visit Peru. My fiancee was asked if she had ever applied for a tourist visa before. She said yes and I had to correct her that she applied for an F1. We were then told to hand over all the forms we had and did so. Then we were asked for documentation on the relationship. We brought an album of photos and were told to give three or four. I also handed over a big batch of papers of all the Skype calls I have made to her. The CO looked almost annoyed at having to handle all that stuff. I did not hand over anything else even though we had a bunch of love letters because we were told right away to sit down. Then we were called into a small room where a different CO asked my fiancee pretty much the same couple of very basic questions about the nature of our first meeting (such as when and where it was) and how we continue to stay in contact. I was then asked questions off of the I129F as the CO checked to make sure I was answering them as I had when I first filed. They were were told that we were approved, given a pink slip, and told to go outside and sign some DHL forms to have the visa shipped. All in all it was no problem. If you are in a legitimate relationship, you should be able to answer all of the questions except perhaps how many times you have visited in the past year, which I had to say was `about two,` which seemed to be an acceptable answer.
