We have always found the Kuwait Embassy very polite and very helpful to all our questions and concerns. Our interview took place on June 2, 2009. I flew to Kuwait to be with my husband and also to attend the interview. We were the last to be interviewed and we bpoth went to the window indicated. I was asked to be seated and the interviewer asked my husband a few questions.
1. When did you meet?
2. How did you meet?
3. When did your wife become a muslim?
4. Why did she become a muslim?
5. How did she become a muslim?
6. What does her family think?
7. What does your family think?
Then she asked me the same questions and checked off on a piece of paper what he had answered. Our answers matched of course,as we have been married a year and know each other so well. The lady was very polite and easy to talk to. She then said our application was fine but she had additional processing to do. I asked her that meant and she told me ..name checks etc. I asked her what etc meant and what the time frame was for completion. She said there were many types of checks and she did not have that information. She gave me my husbands passport to give to him and then we left. We are still in the AP process, but the interview itself went well I think.
