Great interview. Arrived at 6:45. First in line. second in line was a K3 VJer. We chatted the whole time. Great to have a VJ accomplice.

Got through security and upstairs quickly. Called to window. Lady asked for all our forms. Handed her them. Officially she requested.

2 x 156
2 x 156K
1 x 160 (confirmation sheet)
1 letter of fiance intent
2 photos
medical envelope
1 x original and copy of Birth certificate ( related translation)
1 x affidavit
1 x fiance tax return 2008
1 x copy of passport bio page
1 x original police certificate
1 x original and copies of both certified divorce certificates
1 x expresspost envelope

Original lady asked how we met. No other questions

Then asked to sit down... pay $131

Asked back to window to give receipt. I requested all originals back she had taken. We got them at interview.

Waited a while for interview as computers went down.

Wonderful lady doing our interview. Manager of immigration department. Asked some random questions... how we met, each of our jobs... and then the rest was checking all the documents. She went through entire I-129f paperwork. Noticed our pictures.

Then asked if we would be around for the night. We said no, so she said she would send.

Then brief congratulations and we were done.

Like all say, the anticipation and anxiety in getting ready for interview is larger than the actual requirement to be.

Great experience. Just be ready. Listen to your VJ collegues.
