Review Topic: K3 Visa

I was interviewed on the Jan 25, 2006. I paid the Visa fee and was asked to hold on to all the paper work except for the following to kept: the passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, police records, 2 photos and the 2 visa forms. The other paper work I had been asked to bring (listed below) I was asked to keep until the interview. At the time of the interview, I had all the following with me, but neglected to ask if they needed them:

1) I-134 Affidavit of support.
2) Regular deposits to my wife checking account + her YTD deposits
3) Deposits to her Savings account and her YTD deposits
4) Employment verification
5) Federal Income
6)Tax returns of the three years 2002/2003/2004
7) My vaccination Documentation.
8) photos

I was only asked about the photos and forgot to ask if they needed the other paper work. I was wondering if I could fax them or should I bring them with me on my next visit to the consulate. I am concerned that perhaps by not leaving the paper work listed above I have caused a delay in our case. The officer told me that I would be contacted within a week when the processing is completed - Section 221(g) –

After a week on the Tue, 7 Feb 2006 they called me and ask me to bring my passport. I arrive to the consulate at 01:24 pm they said I have to be there at 1:00 pm I was not in time. And I give them my passport they said they will call me soon. They are extremely helpful and friendly; They answered emails and returned phone calls. I give them 5 stars
