It's extremely frustrating dealing them. No responses to e-mails or phone calls and yet documents are not being processed. When you look at timelines from England or Canada, things seem to be working but in Ghana or Africa for that matter, nothing seem to be moving. I hope they will understand that this is about family unity where children are involved and yet the other parent is on the other side of the Atlantic with children waiting to see mom or dad.
