We arrived a half hour prior to our appointment time and then waited 2.5 hours to be taken in for the interview. Our officer was very apologetic about the wait. She was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable during the interview. It felt more like a conversation than anything else (aside from the part where she asked the admissibility questions). Would have given 5 stars if not for the wait.
