The whole process took about ~2.5 hours. The interview itself lasted less than 5 minutes. I had the pleasure of being assisted by two kind ladies. Some of the questions they asked me were:
How and where did you meet your fiancé?
How many times has he come to visit you? (They asked me to show them photos)
How long have you been in a relationship?
When was the first time he came to visit?
When are you getting married?
What does your fiancé do for a living?
What do you do for a living?
What do your parents do for a living?
Do you have a "carnet de militante"? (Nicaraguans will understand)
Can you show me screenshots of your conversations?
What countries have you traveled to?"
Have you been out of the country for more than 60 days?
Have you ever been arrested?
And that was it. Four days later, I am already able to go pick up my visa. Best of luck to everyone who will be going through this process!
