Very pleasant agent. Asked for our story while loading up the case.
Fiancee and her two daughters, so the agent swore us all in and went through the security questions on the application simultaneously to speed up the time.
Agent was personable and talked a lot while we were going waiting on their slow computers to load information.
He confirmed we uploaded all required information, that we had a solid case and approved the application while we were there with him.
