Everyone was really nice to me, even when delivering bad news (I was missing some documents that I needed to send to them after my interview, so they had to refuse me for a bit). Only issue was that my interview was scheduled for 8.30 and I didn't get called to the counter until 9.30-9.45. All in all had a great experience there.
