I want to contribute to the new brides and grooms of k1 and tell you about my experience:

On the day of the interview, we arrived at the consulate very early. It was before 6 am and we stayed at the front having a coffee where there is a cloakroom.
At 6:30 am I was already in line and at 7 am they started organizing the lines and asked us to leave the medical attendance document and passport in hand.
When we entered, we passed by the woman who gave us the list of documents and said that if you had finished, let us know. I had everything organized, so I was the first one to be called. The woman checked everything according to the list and told you to sit in the first chair in the line and wait to be called. At the first counter to check the documents, they saw that the CASV had switched my photo with my daughter's and, luckily for me, I had brought a 5x7 (take it with you, because in these situations you might need it).
After checking, we waited to be called for the interview.
The consul who interviewed us was a woman in her early 30s, with slightly wavy hair and discreet highlights. She was so nice!
We took the oath and after a lot of passing documents back and forth, she started asking questions:
The questions were:
When did I meet my fiancé?
How did I meet my fiancé?
Was my fiancé Brazilian?
At that moment, she asked me for my fiancé's birth certificate + a copy (I brought two originals because my fiancé didn't bring a copy lol and said they could keep one).
When was the last time I had a visa?
What is my fiancé's profession?
Where does he work?
Have I ever been to the US?
Was this my first marriage (maybe a joke)?
Was this my second marriage?
Was this my fiancé's second marriage?
Do we have any plans for the wedding?
Does my fiancé speak Portuguese?
Do I speak English?
How do we communicate?
Have I ever lived outside of Brazil?
Were my daughters my biological daughters?
Do I have any other children?
Do my fiancé and I have any children in common?
Does my fiancé live with anyone?
Where was I going to live in the US?
VISA APPROVED!
The only question that was asked to my daughters was the oldest, asking if she had ever been to the US and if she had lived outside of Brazil. In the end, they gave me back all the original documents, including my fiancé's birth certificate and the medical attendance form.
In my experience, anyone who has a K2 should take all the financial supporting documents such as tax return, W2 and everything else, with a copy for each K2. I took everything I had in mine for my daughters, but I didn't need it, just for me and the I-134s for each of them, which are in their names, but if I had needed it, I would have.
Girls, a piece of advice:
All those who are waiting for the interview, start organizing your documents. And always err on the side of caution. And always ask your questions in the K1 groups on WhatsApp. I was often apprehensive with questions that were keeping me awake at night, and they always calmed me down there. That's why we are one big K1 family here.
