I just want to share few tips so your interview goes well.

1. You may go to the embassy earlier than your appointed time. My appointment was set at 7:30 but they let me in earlier.
2. Get a number right away from the immigration officer near the entrace. You would need to show your forms at this point.
3. Take a seat where you could see the numbers on the screen. Sometimes it is hard to understand the person on the PA system.
4. Take out supporting documents and put them nicely in one packet. They would just for a couple of pics(in my case...5). I showed a picture of me and my fiancee giving me a peck on the lips and the old lady who interviewed me initially rejected it. LOL. So you might want to "tone" down your choice of pics. She asked me about how I met my fiancee and how long have we been together. She asked about my past medical history. She asked if my fiancee is currently employed and how is he planning to support me. There would be other little things that they might asked but just remember that everything that you have in the forms or in the evidences should coincide on what you would tell. I noticed that they are also particular about dates like the date of your fiancee's arrival in the country, date of your wedding if you already have planned one, etc.
5. The consulate interview was so much better. He is more relaxed and more accomodating than the initial interview. Just don't be afraid and show that you are nervous. Remember it is your fiancee's right to take you to the US as his/her fiancee. Be confident on your answers and if you did not understand the question, you can say "Pardon?" or "I'm sorry I didn't quite get you, could you please repeat your question?". Make the mood as conversational/light/friendly and not like you are going to be sentenced of a crime.

Well I hope that helps!
