The Interview:
Directed to the office. Told to raise our right hands and swear to tell the truth.
The Agent asked me most of the questions. Actual examples of the questions she asked me was: What made you go to the Philippines? How did you meet? Have I met my wife's family? When did I go to the Philippines? How did my parents deal with an Interracial marriage. (I am African American, wife is Filipino)
Then she proceeded to ask if I knew some people whose names I had never heard of. That freaked me out. The agent verified information wof past residences.

She really did not ask my wife much which was surprising. She did ask her several questions from a sheet. Questions like have you ever been a prostitute, did drugs, etc. ****NOTE: these questions she asked my wife all had the answer NO, except for a trick question. Do you love your husband? Of course the answer my wife made was YES. However the nature of this positive question mixed with a Negative question seemed to be meant to throw you off***

The agent took photos from our photo album. Mainly photos with the in laws in the Philippines and my family. Some other photos of us together.
Forms that were asked for was:
Lease agreement
Benefits from my job

For the most part that was it. I couldn't even believe it. We were expecting for the Agent to ask for more but she didn't and then she asked me if I was sure I wanted to do this. I said of course. Then she told my wife she was approved and that the Green Card will arrive in up to 90 days. Hopefully sooner.

If you have any questions let me know.
