stewwmann Rating:	Review Topic: K1 Visa K1 finally moving again...It's been a year and a half....I didn't update the affidavit of support as it was not requested and the consulate just checked the "does not meet financial requirements" box. They also requested a certified copy of my divorce judgement. Left the FiancÃ© very confused. The interview process was pleasant and short,(according to fiancÃ©e). I updated AOS and sent certified divorce judgement. They asked her to send her passport along with info, so, hopefully approval is imminent.
