Consulate / USCIS Member Review #29106

Sacramento CA Review on February 4, 2021:

Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

The interview was made with me (the U.S. Citizen spouse), my wife (the Vietnamese born Beneficiary, who entered on a Fiacee Visa) and the Immigration Officer (and a Vietnamese Interpreter on the speakerphone).

The Immigration Officer swore us in and then reviewed the questions on our application. Very quickly, the Immigration Officer combined the questions, about offenses, about every five, into one. The interview went quick. After about 15 minutes, the Immigration Officer said: “You’re approved... do you have any questions?” After we responded in the negative, she said that we should receive the Green Card in the Mail in a few days, and that if we didn’t have it in 30 days, she instructed us on where to contact. She also reminded us to apply for Removal of Conditions, and that we could submit the application 90 days before two years from the date (that very day) of our approval (and interview).
