Well another day has gone by that the Consulate in Montreal has deprived me and probably many others of rightfully rejoining our families in the United States. Just to remind everyone I applied for an immigration visa in April of 2019. I completed my medical on December 8th and my interview on December 9th 2020. The one and only reason my case was refused was because they had not received my medical results. But I found out they got them on the same day as my interview. It is now January 20TH and still no answer from the Consulate. There is no reasonable reason why my Visa has been withheld from me for well over a month. I am feeling rather helpless right now as they have my passport and as time goes on I feel like I will never be able to rejoin my family.
