Everything went fine. Even though the typhoon caused a lot of havoc the day before, the embassy opened the next day and handled the scheduled interviews.

Questions were:

- How did you meet your husband?
- When did you meet your husband?
- What is your husband’s work?
- What time does your husband start working?
- When was your first in-person meeting?
- How many times did your husband visit you?
- What places did you visit together?
- How many people were at your wedding?
- What are your husband’s hobbies? What does he like to do?

Probably the only curve ball was that they wanted an “Advisory of Marriage” for *both* of us... she and I... from PSA. The marriage certificate wasn’t enough to prove the wedding (even though we had gotten that from PSA too). So be sure to get your AOM/CENMAR from PSA and bring it to the interview. This document was not listed on the site for us. A friend of hers mentioned that she had to provide it. That didn’t make sense to us, so we didn’t go get the AOM from PSA. Turns out we were wrong, that is a requirement. That caused a 2-week delay on getting visas.
