Very pleasant lady at the security check. She was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. The gentleman at the check-in wished us good luck. The gentleman taking the fingerprints was very friendly as well. Officer Z. Dorsey was very professional, organized and really friendly. She made the whole interview a very positive, memorable experience. What a caring, excellent officer! We were approved the same evening!
