Very organized and tight which is understandable as safety should be prioritized.
Interview went smoothly. The consuls (Local and American) didn't badger me with questions and only asked the important ones as I answered truthfully, confidently and straightforward. I've heard stories of them being rude especially during the finger scanning but I never experienced that. Although, I've seen some being lightly scolded but it was their own fault. I understand it's a stressful process and you can't help being scared and nervous but at least try to collect yourself and do it right or else you'd be wasting not only your time but others' as well. What I mean is, I saw people shaking and all over the place, not being able to do things right because they're nervous. Seeing as how busy the embassy is, time is money and we can't afford to waste a few minutes because you can't do it right. (I saw someone now being able to do the finger scanning right so she fumbled doing the finger scanning and the consul, obviously annoyed, slightly raised their voice).
During the final interview, I've also observed a very few number of applicants who appeared to not know the answers (or I think they knew but their nervousness took over them and couldn't answer properly) making the consul annoyed.
As long as you're ready, have the proper documents with you, know all the info about your spouse/fiancee/employer/yourself or whatever necessary details relevant to your case, you'll be alright!
Overall, the US embassy in Manila isn't as bad as how some people make it out to be.
