My fiancée had her interview scheduled for 0730. She arrived 30 minutes prior to her arrival time. Upon entry into the Embassy, she submitted the paperwork, gave her biometrics (fingerprints), and waited a short amount of time thereafter to be called back for her interview. The interview took about 10 minutes and the officer asked her the following types of questions: "What does your fiancé do for a living, where is he living, how many times have the two of you met, where did we meet for the very first time, did you meet his boss?" Very simple and basic questions. My fiancée was so nervous in the days and weeks leading up to the interview because she is still learning English. The interviewer that she had was an American male who spoke both English and Korean. The officer gave her the opportunity to speak in both languages and was also very kind to her during the interview. At the end, our case was approved, and she was told that she would be receiving her passport and K1 Visa within the next few days. We are both very pleased with how this experience went at the Embassy!!
