Cursory look at documents. No official interview. Asked for more documents. Received documents and immediately denied with no further interview. Longstanding relationship with reams of proof. Official documentation from embassy employee sloppily done, as if it was an afterthought. Very unprofessional appearance of officer and seemingly cavalier attitude about a family's important petition.
