Review Topic: K1 Visa

My interview was scheduled for 9am, but I arrived there at 7:30am. As soon as I arrived, a person from immigration showed me in which line I should be. Right after that, another person approached offering a place to leave my backpack and cellphone, so I left at this place right in front the immigration. It costed R$30. At 8am everybody in the K1 visa line was allowed to go inside. Once I went inside, I had to put my documents and jackets in a X-ray - just like they do in the airport. After that, the securities told everybody in the line to go upstairs and have a sit in a room full with chairs. In this big room is where the interviews are made. At this room, another person from immigration asked us to fill out a paper with especific information and also to get all the documents asked to attend the interview. This person checked all the documentation and asked to have a sit and wait again. A woman showed up behind the interview cabin and asked to go there. This person also checked all the documents and asked me to wait again. A few minutes after, the Consul called my name. She asked me: How we met, when we met and when I was asked to marry him. After answering this 3 questions she said that my visa was approved and there I should pick my passport in the way I choose in the DS-160form. Easy and quick
