▪️US EMBASSY INTERVIEW▪️
Sched: May 23, 2019 7:15am

Arrived at US embassy exactly 6am. At 6:15 they started calling those K1 with 7am appointments. Passport and DS160 (first page only) were checked. The staff then put a sticker with a barcode on my DS160 form and was told to proceed to security check.

To avoid delays in the security check, I strongly advise to bring a transparent envelope where you can put your important stuffs in there. Do not bring food, water, USB, camera and CD (except for those w/ paperless case)

~Prescreening Interview: Counter 39 ~

I presented my passport and DS160 then she asked for the original copies of my Birth Certificate, NBI, Cenomar and Medical exam result from SLEC.

Her questions were as follows:
*What is your full name?
*Who is your petitioner?
*How old is he?
*Where does he live?
*Have you traveled abroad? Where? And how long?
*How did you meet?
*When does your relationship started?
*When was the last time he visited you?
*Do you have photos together?

After which she told me to proceed to finger scanning counter.

~ Final Interview: American Consulate at Counter 62 (blonde girl) ~

*What’s your full name?
*Who is your petitioner?
*Who introduced you to each other? (Since no one, so I just described how we met)
*How did he exactly find you in Instagram?
*Do you do travel blogging professionally? (Since I don’t so she asked about my work)
*Whats your profession and what about his?
*Do you plan of pursuing your Nursing career in the US?
* How old are you and how about him?
*Have you traveled together?
*When and where you first met him in person?
*How many times he visited you since then?
*When was the last time you met him?
* Has he ever been married before? Divorced? How many times? What’s the name of his ex wife? Any kids?
*How about you? Have you been married before?
*When and where are you both planning to get married?
*Do you have pictures together?

After she scanned the Photobook that I gave to her, she smiled and said, “This is so beautiful.” 😊 And handed me over the pamphlets and discussed what are those about. She told me to wait for my visa after 2-3 weeks and call CS if I don’t receive my visa beyond 10 working days.

The entire interview date was indeed hassle-free but what is upsetting is the idea of waiting for nearly 3 weeks now without even knowing the reason behind the delay of issuance. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Today is June 10, we are on the 2nd week of AP status in CEAC. And it has been more than 10 working days since the interview. We called the customer service 3x already but still received no help at all. It sucks big time.
