Process is very straightforward.
Be there early as it can get crowded, everyone from the gate to the window counter (where the CO interviewed me) were very polite and professional.
I was handed the Pamphlet and the slip that says my visa was approved and walked out with a smile!
Make sure that you have all paperwork and enough evidence to support your recent communication.
