The interview went very smooth. On top of the questions they usually ask everybody, they asked me a lot about my past J1 visa and the countries where I lived. They also asked a lot about the times my wife visited me in Brazil and about her employment history. The consul was very polite and did not give me a hard time at all. The interview was carried out in English. The only downside was the waiting. The whole process took close to 3 hours, and waiting for your turn is just torture.
