No electronics allowed inside and personal items.
I recommend going with another person to hold your items for you outside.
Go early because a lot of people are schedule at the same time.
Take all the necessary documents and proofs or they might scheduled you for a second interview due to missing documents.
If your visa is approved for family based, they give you a ticket to come pick your passport/visa in a week time.
