Arrived to my appointment 20minutes before my appointment time and I was able to go straight through the check-in and airport-style security very quickly.
There was a bit of a line to get into the main building after that but it moved at a steady pace and there was a member of staff checking if she needed to move anyone to the front of the line due to their interview times.
Once inside the main building one of the ladies at the front got up to leave and then the line stopped moving for about 20minutes. I think the printer was out of paper maybe or something but it was very odd. Once she came back the line started moving again and everyone was helped.
When I got to the front she took my DS-160 and gave me a sticker with my number on it. She told me to go in the lift to the first floor (i think it was the first), turn left and then left again and look for my number on the screen.
As soon as I got to the area my number was already on the screen and I went the gentleman at the window. I answered his questions and gave him the documents he asked for and then did my fingerprints. He gave me back my chest x-ray results on a CD and told me I needed to take them with me when I moved to America. He also gave me information about the validity of my medical etc. He then told me to go back to the seats and wait for my number to be called again.
After about 5 minutes I was called up to another window with a lady this time. She asked me some questions about my fiance (how did we meet? how long have we been together?) and then told me that I was approved!!! It was very hard not to scream with excitement lol javascript:emoticon('')

All in all the ACTUAL interview part was about 10-15 minutes. However I got there at 9:40am and I didn't leave until like 10:45am due to the lines etc. so just make sure that you allow yourself time just in case.

**SOME NOTES**
- I didn't necessarily need the extra copies of stuff as the guy at the first window copied all of my original documents even though I had copies.
- try to make sure you get there at least 15-20 minutes before your appointment time
- listen and be calm with the questions and ive them what they ask for when they ask for it as opposed to just ambushing them with everything as soon as you get up there.
- relax. Its not as bad as we all think it will be.
