Our journey started in Feb 2016 130 submitted. Approval received on August. After this we were supposed to schedule to go to Juarez but, because we new we needed a I601 (lived in the US illegal for more than 12 months, we (No attorney) decided to submit the waivers. **We **applied for a I601 and I212, We never got the approvals on hand, NVC worked internally (do not loose hope) He was arrested and ICE picked him up and had no conviction but was deported to Mexico 2012, because of the we decided we were going to also pay the fee and submit a I212 petition. We waited 15months and got a notice from USCIS telling us if we did not provide them with proof that Juarez required I601 waiver my case would be closed and they gave me a dead line Dec 4th 2018😣I called Juarez and I was told that Juarez was taking about 3 to 6 months to give out appointments. I was very stressed out with the situation. I called Juarez, and explained my situation that I needed to have major surgery and she advise me to email proof of my case to get an expedite. Thank GOD my expedite was approved in 4 days🤗 a few days later an officer from Juarez called me and asked "when do u want to come to Juarez? Next Week? 😀Yesterday November 14 was his BIG Day and now it is all history!😁he was APPROVED 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧👏Physically we never saw an approved waiver!!!GOD BLESS US ALL😘😍I hope we can help with our journey 😀javascript:emoticon('') **Have faith in GOD he moves mountains!!!
