"Appointment" was at 7am. I say that because the time really didn't seem to make a difference due to the lines. Got there at 7am and waited 30 minutes outside before being brought inside and given a number (061). Waited in another line about 20 minutes before being asked for birth certificate, medical results, and police certificate at a window. Afterwards we were told to sit in a lobby and wait for our number to be called to between windows #19-27. About 2.5 hours later our number was called (they are not called in order) and we had a nice man who asked me in english (American beneficiary) how we met, details about one of my trips, if I have been married before (which I have), what made me want to get married again, and in spanish he asked my fiancee (petitoner) how our relationship began, why she wants to marry me and when did she realize she wanted to marry me, if my family and friends know about her and if she was ready to get married. He asked to see our photos. Afterwards he said "ok, mi gente! Felicidades!... Interview was 09/25. Visa tracker changed to Admistrative Processing on 09/26 and on 09/27 changed to issued. As of 0927 ustraveldocs says her passport is being processed for delivery to an MBE in Santo Domingo. Overall the process was long but simple. No issues.
