You should all relax, as long as you have the correct paperwork it's a piece of cake!
My appointment was at 11:00, I arrived about 10:30 to no queues and was in the waiting room for 10:35. I waited about 20 minutes and got called to the first window and was greeted by the most casual guy in the world. I got asked for my passport, DS160, birth certificate, affidavit of support, 1040a, 1 x photo, a letter from my fiance's job. I got asked whether I had any previous visas (I did, 2 J1 visas from summer camp), he just wanted to know they were expired and was happy with that. I had my fingerprints taken, got my chest x-ray from my medical then got told to sit down and wait to speak to an officer.
I waited about 15 minutes and got called to speak to a lady, she asked me what my fiance did, where we met, where we're going to live and any future honeymoon plans. She then said 'well everything is in order, I'm going to approve your visa' - I was talking to her for all of 90 seconds!!
In total, I was there just under an hour - it's a very smooth process.
I wish everyone good luck in your visa process, I hope this review helps anyone going through the London Embassy.
