My Fiancee went to the Embassy at 5am. She paid 30 pesos to sit on a chair outside to wait for the Embassy to open. Around 6am, they had everyone line up in a group, according to their appointment times. Then the guards let them in one group at a time. She got through security check, then a tagalog screening interview, then afterwards fingerprinting, and finally the final interview, which only took 10 minutes. She was interviewed by 2 consulates. She was then accepted. She was out of the embassy by 8AM. Thank you, Lord!
