Interview went great, although medical examination records were to be sent by the physician's office direct to the embassy. The physical exam took place at least a month in advance of the visa interview, but upon arriving for the interview it was found that the embassy had not received the exam results. Apparently, this is a common issue in DR. After a few phone calls, discovered doctor's office had sent results and we just needed to wait a bit longer. Overall a positive experience, except for the confusion that resulted because of not knowing where the results were. They arrived a couple of days after the interview, and by week's end the visa was processed!
