Although they say you shouldn't go so early for the interview I think you should probably do. Stay in the line for a long while until my appointment time pasted only for the official to find out people with later appointment were creating the confusion and were sent back of the line. The wait for the interview was longer than the interview because my interview only took 5 minutes. The cold was the worst part while waiting although I had worn warm, I should have worn warmer.
