Pretty straight forward. When I arrived, the waiting area was really full, but I got seen pretty quickly (scheduled for 10:10am, started interview around 10:30am). Interview lasted around 20 minutes. First off I provided my documentation (passport, DL, GC, etc.), then went through the entire application confirming answers. Civics test was straight forward, was asked the following:
1) Who was the first president
2) Who is the governor of VA (home state)
3) What is one promise you make when becoming a US citizen
4) Name two federal holidays
5) Where is the Statue of Liberty located
6) What movement tried to end racial discrimination
For the writing I was asked to write down "The President lives in the White House"
I forget what I had to read...
That said, English is my first language, so wasn't expecting any trouble there.
The Immigration Officer was very nice.
He said I passed all the tests, and he would recommend my application for approval.
