Review Topic: F-2A Visa

I live in the United State of America while at the mean time I am a Green Card Holder. I got married to my cousin and our marriage took place in Libya. I visited my husband in Libya and we enjoyed our time together, and then I traveled back to USA because I was a student at California State University and I had classes to attend so I can graduate. At the same, I am a very hard working women who lives her life independently and it was very difficult decision to make by deciding to live in Libya with my husband and losing my Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice. However, I made the decision to get my degree and continue to work. As a matter of fact, the corruption and the war in Libya put my life and brain in risk for just thinking to move were my husband live. I applied the form I-130 and got the approved of my petition August 13, 2015, and then the CIS send my approved petition to National Visa Center (NVC) as all the process went smooth even though it took times. Finally, the National Visa Center welcomed my husband with an invitation letter for his interview day and time, and It was assigned to CASABLANCA, Morocco. We provided all documentation that was necessary for our case, but my husband as he holds the Palestinian passport, he was not welcome to enter Morocco country. So, we transferred his case to be interviewed in his mother country EGYPT we he was born. Indeed, all this process of transferring his case from US embassy in one country to another US embassy in other country took time and stress. We got the interview date and time with the US Counselor Officer in EGYPT 08/27/2017 at 7:30am. My husband traveled to EGYPT and in the airport, the officer told him welcome to your country as of my husband got the EGYPT citizenship through his mother. So, my husband has a dual citizen (Palestinian and EGYPTIAN) citizen. During my husband interview, the US Counselor told my husband about (Administrative Process). Since my husband interview UNTIL today April 05, 2018 which is almost 8 month, I did not get any result of his case. I keep emailing the US embassy in EGYPT about the visa status and they keep sending me the same answer ""Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days."" I don't know how long the VISA process will take to UNITE each other as a family. HOPEFULLY very soon!!!
