You only need to be there 15-20 minutes before your schedule time. So if you are scheduled at 7:10, 6:50 is enough. The process was fast and smooth. You just have to make sure you did your own preparation in terms of papers and answers.
Questions I heard that has been asked to other interviewees:
- Do you know what your husband's/wife's favorite beer?
- Can you tell me something about your spouse that noone knows?
- What do you guys fight about?
Questions that the consul asked me:
- Name and birth date
- Who's the petitioner?
- What's your relationship with the petition?
- Where and how did you meet?
- How many times did he/she visited you in the Philippines?
- How long have you guys known each other?
- How long have you guys been dating?
- When did you start dating?
- When did you get married and where?
- Have you been to any country outside the Philippines?
- What's your relationship with the joint sponsor?
- What's your final address when you arrive in the US?
- And some more that I can't remember...
It was fast and as long as you know the answers to heart, they won't doubt you.
