Lady at the check in/front desk was really rude and unwelcoming. She actually was so rude to my husband that someone complained and she came to apologize.
Everyone else- from security to the immigration officers was most kind and welcoming. Immigration officer who interviewed me was extremely friendly and patient ( I had a 9 month old baby with me) and respectful and good natured. Had a really good experience.
Office itself could use a renovation - looked pretty worn. Also no changing stations for babies and with how many kids there were a small play corner would have been nice...
