Finallyy I can write my review after I got approved. My interview was on 16th of November, in Cairo consulate, I was very well prepared, I spent 2 months collecting every single document that could support my case, however I'll mention the ones they asked for only, my interview was at 7:30 am, I was there 7:00 am (I have been the last one in the immigrant queue). The security officer asked us to prepare our passports, one personal pic and aramex confirmation letter. Regarding the picture please make sure that you satisfied all the requirements mentioned in the website as they will not let you in unless it's right (most of the people before me was sent to photoshop to take a correct photo).
Also Aramex confirmation should be the one with the barcode.
After the officer checked the papers, they let us in one by one. then I had to leave my bag, accessories and belt to pass the security gate, the alarm beeped so they asked me to take off my shoes as well and retry, then they provided me with my stuff and asked to have my mobile and gave me number. After finally entering the embassy, it was almost 8:00 am, the security lady again greeted us, asked for the passport, the P4 letter and a photo, provided us with another number. It took me an hour and a half for my number to be called, I went to the officer window, she asked me to provide her with medical envelope, Birth certificate, police record and marriage certificate, she didn't ask for any other documents. She handed me almost all the documents that we have sent since USCIS then she informed me to wait for my number again to be called. I waited till 1:30 pm, my number was called, An american officer greeted me, he asked me 3 questions, did u travel outside Egypt before, why did my husband wait for 2 years to file the visa and when was the last time my husband visited? after answering he said congratulations, you will receive your visa in 2 weeks.

** I have done my medical in Shorouk hospital and it took 10 days to be available (I did it as soon as I received my P4 letter) but make sure that you are going to travel within 6 months from the date you did your medical examinations because the visa expires in 6 months from this date.
** I have translated all my civil documents but they didn't ask for any translations in the embassy.
** If you want to the first in line, try to arrive AT 6:30 AM max.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, have a great journey
