I found this to be one of the most helpful and useful forums when I needed advice and encouragement in the walk up to my interview.
Here’s my timeline:
PD-07/25/17
Receipts for i-130, i-485, i-765- 8/8/2016
Biometrics-8/24/2016
EAD Card-10/7/2016
Interview notice-08/14/2017 for 09/19/2017 interview date. - APPROVED!!!

Interview day:
Got there way too early (over an hour before my scheduled interview time), so waited.
A gentleman in his 60s called my name and my husband and I followed him.
Oaths, IDs (passports and DL) checked, then he asked how we met, who proposed, do I work, where and what did. We kept the answers brief. Then he proceeded to asking questions on the I-30 and asked my husband to confirm his name, address, etc. He repeated the process for the I-485 and asked me to confirm the details and my signature. He then said the insurance we submitted with our petition was expired and we gave him a new one.

He then asked to see proof of co-mingling, I had separated the originals of everything (2016 tax return transcript, auto insurance, joint bank statements, cable bill, auto, life insurance-with my husband as the sole beneficiary and health insurance) we had from the copies I made, so I handed him both piles and he checked and kept the copies. He didn’t look at photos or the cards (birthdays, anniversary, valentine).

He asked for proof of income and I gave him our last two months paystubs. He did go through my husband’s (USC) thoroughly and he just glanced through mine. He then said everything looks good. He asked if I had any questions and I told him about my EAD which is about to expire and I am still waiting for the new one which we renewed in July. He said he’ll have to cancel that since he’ll approve me for my green card. I asked for a stamp on my passport and he said he couldn’t do that, but he gave me an approval notification letter.
It was indeed a very pleasant experience, no trick questions, very relaxing atmosphere. Even though it’s a life changing experience, my advice is to be as calm as you possibly can, that way you don’t make mistakes. Talk to your spouse and make sure they have the dates and experiences (when you met, first date, who does what, etc) right. Also, try and make copies of all the docs you have, that’ll save you time and the IO will appreciate it. Also, pray you find favor with the interviewer, that relaxes you. The IO made us feel extremely comfortable.

I hope this is helpful to someone. All the best in your immigration journey.
