We had a great experience at the visa interview for my wife and stedaughter. I accompanied them to the Manila Embassy on August 16th, 2017. First we went through the pre-screening process. We presented their birth certificates, marriage certificate, CEMAR, wife's NBI Clearance, I-864s for both wife and stepdaughter along with supporting financial document: 3 years of tax transcripts. As long as your most recent tax transcript has an AGI above the poverty line (125%), that is sufficient. The officer also asked for our other daughter's CRBA copy. Then we had the official interview...maybe 10 minutes long. At the end of the interview she said "they are approved!"
