I'm writing about my experience for my biometrics appointment.
It's a really smooth experience and everyone was efficient. We got there 20 minutes before my appointment time and there were only 3 people ahead of me. The security guard and the receptionist who helped me get started were really nice and accommodating.
We waited for less than 5 minutes for one of their employees to assist me. She was very efficient and did everything in less than 10 minutes.
We were done for less than 15 minutes! It was really nice, and we got back in the car minutes before my appointment time.
It was a good experience, I hope it will be the same during interview time.
