Very organised staff. Front door entry guy is a little intense but dont be intimidated. Hes just doing his job! The wait upstairs was a couple hours but once you get up to window #1 and then #2 both staff I dealt with were very friendly. My interview at window #2 took maybe 10-15 mins. That was it!!!
