The guy I dealt with in Dublin was actually really nice and helpful as are most of the staff there. Unfortunately he's since been moved. As we had to submit the I-601 and my husband was in the US he allowed him to call him to clarify things on the phone which was really useful. He also gave the package a recomendation for approval before sending it to London so finger crossed!
