The two days in Juarez were pretty stressful but went super well. We got up really early on both days. The medical exam was easy and took a few hours once we got in the door, but most of that time we were just waiting in our separate waiting rooms. We went to the clinic next to the consulate and would recommend it. They treated Juan very well. The consulate day was LOOOOONG and that was the source of any complaints (that for 14 hours from when we got in line to when he came out I couldn't go inside and was outside across the street on the sidewalk in 110 degree heat, really direct sun, and dirt blowing all around, and juan was inside where they are all picky about which chair you can sit in, etc.). But, in the end, we got the visa and it was all worth it. We're rating it bad because the waiting was pretty ridiculous and they were kind of rude and don't let the US citizen in or allow any communication during the day.
