Everything was fairly smooth, I am not going to go step by step through the process as many others already have. I will however point out certain things in which I was pleased or displeased

GOOD:
1) Fairly organized process start to finish, with plenty of helpful personel
2) Facilities were not bad, enough room for the huge demand or want for USA visas
3) Americans were very polite and also discerning in cases I overheard in line where they should be.
4)The whole process was fast, THERE IS NO NEED TO ARRIVE EXTRA EARLY, save yourself the trouble and arrive 30 mins before your interview time. Just allow for the traffic aspect of travel.

THE BAD:
1) The Filipina prescreener is a total bitch, not that it really matters as she makes not one bit of difference in the decision process, but still, it is enough to put you in a crappy mood after dealing with her.
2) The outside is a dump, I have been there before but I walked straight in and did not look around, this time I noticed it. The beach bordering the consulate is totally covered in garbage, it stinks and it looks bad.

Overall I was pleased, Our file was about 8 inches thick and it was comical to watch them fumble through it, I do recommend front loading your case like crazy, they were impressed with the sheer size of it and only looked at important things, such as police clearances and monetary amounts. So long story short after talking music with the CO for a few minutes he approved us and we went to releasing, arrived at 7 am, left at 9:30 am or so. Tips; be calm and confident, laugh and smile, don't listen to all the people in line most of them are so nervous and scared that they say all the things they want to hear themselves. Good luck on your journey and thanks for reading
