I had my interview last March 4, 2016.
Arrived USEM premises around 7:20am for a 7:30am Appointment. I took my breakfast first before going to USEM. I stayed in a hotel near the embassy so I estimated my time in order not to be late nor too early of my appointment. Luckily there's only 2 people in the line outside USEM for K1 line. Mostly were inside already in the USEM building. So less waiting time for me outside.

Inside USEM's Premises-Tent Area-Checkpoint
I presented my passport, DS form, Interview Appointment Letter and Appointment Letter from SLEC (the one with stamp from SLEC). The Greeter's stapled the Interview appointment letter together with the DS form and attached a sticker at the back of my passport and they put a plastic ziplock of my passport.
Then followed the security check Inside USEM's Premises- Security Check Point. Then I was instructed to proceed to ticketing booth. In the Ticketing Booth I was ask to dropped my passport and DS form in the window. I was also asked of my Manila case number. Then after checking it was all returned to me which She stapled my DS form with a small sheet of paper that lists the required documents to be presented during interview with a ticket number for the whole procedures.

Here's the documents to be submitted during interview as shown on their lists:

Original Documents:
Valid Passport
NSO Birth Certificate
NSO CENOMAR/ Marriage Certificate
Updated NBI Clearance(for Travel Abroad)
Affidavit of Support from
the petitioner (Form I-134)
Proof of relationship with
the Petitioner

Photocopies:
Latest Income Tax Returns (Form 1040)
Latest Withholding Tax Statement (W-2)

Then I proceeded to USEM Annex Building. Security check again then instructed to proceed inside. Wait for Biometrics, Pre-screen with Filipino Consul Officer, Oathtaking then Interview with American Consul and lastly the Releasing Area. In this area will know if approve or not (because sometimes the CO won't tell if approved or not) and also will know here if there's further documents needed and the confirmation of visa Packet delivery.

There were personnel assigned inside to guide applicants in every steps of the way. They're approachable so never hesitate to ask questions whenever you need assistance.

My interview experience was good. After the pre-screening of the Filipino Officer, Oathtaking followed then wait for my turn for the interview with the American Consul. The interview took 2-3 minutes. I was asked basic questions about me and my fiance and been asked couple of questions just to proved that I have a genuine relationship of my fiance. Then handed me the pamphlet about domestic violence and informed me when to contact 911. Just be confident and straightforward on answering the questions during interview then everything will turn out well.

I'm done around 10:00am with a big smile.

Overall my USEM interview experience was good. The staff were nice. Thanks it's over and we are on our way. Also had my CFO sticker and GCP certificate last March 30.
I'm very much thankful to my loving and very supportive fiance who exerts much effort on our visa journey.
