Hello, I am the petitioner submitting this review for my fiancée and her 2 girls.
We had our interview appointment at 0645 on 24 Feb 2016. We arrived at around 0545 and a decent line was there.
-1st station outside. The line we got in for K1 moved up quickly to the first step and we got out our DS160, appointment notification and passports for K1/K2. We got held up here because either we forgot or it was not clear at all the K2 applicants need to have a separate DS160 for each K2 (I added her children under her DS160 but doesn't matter)so off to an internet shop and we had them completed in about 20-25 minutes. We walked back to the embassy and completed the first step, on through security and on to the 5 step process.
-1st step was biometrics after showing the lady the ziplock with DS160s and passports. She then scanned the fingers and thumbs of primary applicant. (K2 did not need to have fingers scanned)and asked names and birth dates of K1 and K2s.
-2nd step was prescreening by Filipino consulate. He collected of medical envelopes, BPI visa receipts, NBI certificates, CENOMAR, marriage certificate, birth certificates, Korea police clearance, and also the ziplock with passports, DS160s, interview confirmation. We also found out that at this step she needs to send a new NBI clearance to the embassy showing AKA since she was married 9even though she never changed her name to her ex-husbands name)so as soon as she gets home she will order and have 2Go send the NBI to the embassy.
He asked names, date of births, when she returned from Korea, when did we meet, how we met, when was the last time I visited, how long we have known each other. He also asked me if I was in the military.
-3rd step was administering of oath to the applicant after he asked the applicants their names and birth dates. The American consul spoke good Tagalog and my fiancée was surprised lol
-4th step was the American consul and he asked names, birth dates, where we met, how we met, how long we have been together and he asked me(petitioner)where I was from and where I worked. He also asked where I live currently since I was military and moved around. He also asked her daughters their names and birth dates and how old they are. He also asked the older K2 applicant t about her school, that it will be cold in Ohio and is she ready for snow. After these questions the consul said we are approved!!
-5th step was showing the DS160/passports/interview confirmation to the releasing counter and the only thing he said is that we need to send a new NBI clearance including name from last marriage and then the visa will be sent out. Other than that we are done, and we also needed to change the delivery address for the visas.
We were finished and out of the embassy before 930, quick process. The longest waiting was probably waiting on the prescreening, about 10-15 minutes, not bad at all and no complaints at all here. 
Next step after the visa is in hand the CFO seminar for her in a couple weeks.
