Always find reading these helpful so thought I would submit my own, went on the 12/02.
Arrived at around 7am for an 8am appointment, there was maybe 15-20 already there. Queued up and supplied my documentation to the first set of people who signed me in. Security wasn't too bad just had to put my items in a tray to be scanned. Presented the letter, passport and DS-160 to the reception area, all done by 7:42. I was given a ticket of I904.
Took a seat in the waiting room and waited to get called to present documents, took about 30 minutes. Went to window 16 gave the interview letter and had finger and thumb prints taken. Passed over all the documents to a nice gentleman and was told to take a seat again this part took about 10 minutes.
Waited about another 30 minutes to be called back and was greeted by a different guy was just as friendly as the first didn't really get asked a lot her name, if any of us had been married where we met, when we met in person and had she been over here I said no to that one and his face changed slightly but explained her daughter isn't in the best of health and finally who would be in the household. Answered everything and was told the application was approved and to go and wake her up.
Out the door by about 9:15, all in all was a pretty painless experience, everyone I had contact with was friendly and courteous.
