We arrived at the US Embassy Manila at 8:15 for my 9am appointment. There's a lot of people on the lines waiting for their time to get inside of the Embassy. There's a sign of Immigrant applicants for 9am appointment so I didn't need to ask someone where is the line for my appointment, the line was already long. While I was waiting I got offered by a lady, if I need to leave my phone to her because electronic gadgets are not allowed in the Embassy, they doesn't have a counter for it. Good thing my mom is with me 
8:30am our line started to move. We were asked to take out the first page of Interview letter (P4), DS-260, and passport. They will put your passport in the sealable plastic. At exactly 9am I got inside of the first building for security check, then fall in line on the ticket booth. They will staple the ticket number on the interview letter and the lady told me to go to door 2 window 38. When i got inside we had security check again, and then a lady took my interview letter and was asked me to fall in line on window 38 for the first step. The lady asked my full name and birth date. After that is the biometrics where you have to put your left four fingers, four right fingers and two thumbs together.
Step 2 is the pre-screening with the Filipino Consul. I waited on the line for 30 minutes.First she asked for my Passport and DS-260. Gave her my original Birth Cert., Marriage Cert., CENOMAR and NBI w/ a.k.a.
I was also asked:
Who is my petitioner
How and when did we meet
When was our relationship started
When we got married
Do we have a child
When was the last time I was with my husband
How long did he stayed here
While im answering those questions she was typing it on the computer. I was also asked if I have pictures of me and my husband together but she didn't look for it, I was just told to show it to the American Consul. Pre-screening took 5 minutes.
Lucky cos the lady is kind and she was smiling at me.
Step 3 is Oath Taking. I was in the line for 15 minutes. I gave my DS-260 to the American consul, he scanned it and was told to raise my right hand and asked if I'm going to answer questions base on my knowledge and nothing but the truth. I answered "Yes sir" and told me that I may now proceed to Step Four which is the final interview with the American Consul. And that's it, I think it only took me 2 minutes. He was also kind.
Step 4. Final Interview. I waited for 15 minutes before the interview. Gave him the DS-260 and he scanned it. I was asked these questions:
Who is your petitioner?
Full name of your husband
When did you got married?
How and when did you meet him?
What website?
Do you have a child?
Does he have a child?
Is this your first marriage?
Is this also his first marriage?
Where does he lives at?
What does he do for a living?
Where does he work at?
His position?
He also told me that I should get a cowboy hat since I'll be living in Texas
And he was smiling at me. And then he told me that everything looks good, I am approving your visa! You may now proceed to Step 5 which is the confirmation of the delivery address. And I replied "thank you so much sir!" The whole interview with him took only 3 mins as I was answering the questions quick lol.
Step 5 is just about the delivery of the visa. I was exactly got out from the Embassy at 11am with a big smile.
