Get to the bus station on time and get in line for a ticket. Generally think of 1 hour as a good window to get on the bus. They will check you 2 times before you get on the bus and the embassy guards check you thrice. They will ask for your appointment letter then give you a token number. Take a seat, enjoy the wait until you are called the first time for submission of photographs and fingerprinting. They will send you back to the seat and call you again for submission of original documents (Birth certificate, Nikah Nama, etc). They don't want the police clearance certificate as they have stated it on the website. Then you will be called a third time for the interview. You'll have to take the oath then answer a bunch of questions after which they'll tell you what their decision is. In my case the questions were straightforward and nothing out of the ordinary was asked. If you have prepared a strong case and sent strong evidence it will be a breeze otherwise they'll give you a hard time.
